“銀醫(yī)通”開(kāi)啟智慧醫(yī)療新模式

5月31日，青川農(nóng)商銀行與青川縣總醫(yī)院相關(guān)負(fù)責(zé)人來(lái)到旺蒼縣人民醫(yī)院，考察旺蒼縣農(nóng)村信用合作聯(lián)社、旺蒼縣人民醫(yī)院聯(lián)合建設(shè)的“銀醫(yī)通”模式，探討在該縣應(yīng)用這一模式的可行性。

“銀醫(yī)通”，之所以受到像青川農(nóng)商銀行、青川縣總醫(yī)院這樣的眾多銀行、醫(yī)院的擁躉，是因?yàn)樗?ldquo;靶中”患者到醫(yī)院就醫(yī)，掛號(hào)、就診、繳費(fèi)等排隊(duì)時(shí)間長(zhǎng)，看病時(shí)間短，這樣的“三長(zhǎng)一短”痛點(diǎn)，開(kāi)啟了智慧醫(yī)療新模式。據(jù)旺蒼縣人民醫(yī)院網(wǎng)管辦主任龍宇介紹，5月18日“銀醫(yī)通”智慧醫(yī)療項(xiàng)目上線對(duì)外運(yùn)行，截至5月31日，已有10%患者運(yùn)用這一系統(tǒng)。

患者張華是“銀醫(yī)通”平臺(tái)受益者之一。5月31日，他用蜀信卡在旺蒼縣人民醫(yī)院自助查詢繳費(fèi)掛號(hào)機(jī)上掛號(hào)，看病后產(chǎn)生了195元的藥費(fèi)，他來(lái)到自助查詢繳費(fèi)掛號(hào)機(jī)前自己操作就將藥費(fèi)繳了。拿著自助打印出來(lái)的繳費(fèi)單，他高興地說(shuō)：“以前，醫(yī)生看完病開(kāi)出藥方后，要到藥房劃價(jià)、再到收費(fèi)處繳費(fèi)，然后又到藥房取藥?，F(xiàn)在，劃價(jià)、繳費(fèi)合并為一個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)不說(shuō)，就連掛號(hào)也可在這個(gè)機(jī)器上搞定。掛號(hào)、劃價(jià)、繳費(fèi)都可自助辦理，原來(lái)用在這些環(huán)節(jié)上排隊(duì)的時(shí)間全部為我省了。”
    “這一項(xiàng)目的順利實(shí)施，與旺蒼縣農(nóng)村信用合作聯(lián)社提供的金融支持密不可分。”旺蒼縣人民醫(yī)院相關(guān)負(fù)責(zé)人評(píng)價(jià)說(shuō)，“銀醫(yī)通”項(xiàng)目破解傳統(tǒng)診療困局，有效緩解患者掛號(hào)排長(zhǎng)隊(duì)、就診排長(zhǎng)隊(duì)、繳費(fèi)排長(zhǎng)隊(duì),看病時(shí)間短這“三長(zhǎng)一短”難題，還具有自助辦卡、查詢、報(bào)告單打印等優(yōu)質(zhì)便捷服務(wù)功能，打通診療信息傳遞“最后一公里”，患者個(gè)人隱私亦得到有效保護(hù)。
    值得注意的是，“銀醫(yī)通”模式亦是實(shí)現(xiàn)四川省農(nóng)村信用社聯(lián)合社今年年初提出的打造智慧銀行的一種有效形式，符合當(dāng)前銀行業(yè)營(yíng)銷方式從賣產(chǎn)品到“賣服務(wù)”“賣場(chǎng)景”轉(zhuǎn)變的大趨勢(shì)。正因如此，它迅速提升了旺蒼縣農(nóng)村信用合作聯(lián)社風(fēng)控、獲客、運(yùn)營(yíng)、管理、渠道服務(wù)等方面智能化水平,譜寫(xiě)出四川農(nóng)信主力軍銀行服務(wù)醫(yī)療事業(yè)新篇章。
?    旺蒼縣農(nóng)村信用合作聯(lián)社相關(guān)負(fù)責(zé)人表示，在此基礎(chǔ)上，擬將“銀醫(yī)通”模式向當(dāng)?shù)刂髁麽t(yī)院推廣，以造福更多患者，讓他們享受到智慧醫(yī)療的方便和快捷。
